At Caronrent.us, we offer a smooth, transparent, and reliable rental experience. We understand that plans may change, and here we aim to provide flexible options for cancellations and refunds. Please review the refund policy carefully before completing the booking.

Standard Refund Eligibility

  • Bookings are eligible for a full refund if canceled 48 hours of pickup time.
  • Cancellations done 48 hours of pickup will receive a partial refund.
  • Eligibility for a refund varies according to promotional bookings, special deals, or long-term rentals.

Non-Refundable Bookings

  • Discounted or prepaid bookings are nonrefundable. However, these bookings are not eligible for any amount. Even if canceled within the free cancellation window.

No Show Policy

  • If the renter fails to arrive at the scheduled time without prior notice, it will be a no-show. No refund will be issued in case of non-appearance.

Refund Time and Process

  • Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. However, Processing time may vary based on the financial institution

Refunds and Early Returns

  • Returning a vehicle earlier than planned does not guarantee a partial refund.
  • Refunds for early returns are issued only under certain circumstances and require management approval

Vehicle Unavailability or Issues

  • If Caronrent.us cannot provide the reserved vehicle or a similar option, a full refund will be provided.
  • In the case of mechanical issues post-pickup, partial refunds or replacements may be offered.

Third-Party Bookings

If the booking was made through a third-party platform, their respective refund policies will apply.
