Return Policy

At Caronrent, we aim to make both the pick-up and return of the vehicle as smooth as possible. Please read our return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Standard Return Conditions

• All vehicles must be returned on or before the scheduled return time.
• Vehicles must be returned to the designated drop-off location.

Late Returns

• A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed for late returns.
• Beyond this, additional hourly or daily charges may apply.
• Failure to notify Caronrent of a delayed return may result in a penalty additional day charge.

Early Returns

If you return your vehicle before the scheduled time, you may not receive a refund for unused rental days unless mentioned in the rental agreement

Vehicle Conditions Upon Return

The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when it was picked up. However, charges may apply. Including: Excessive dirt or pet hair, Missing accessories (e.g., GPS, car seats) or Interior or exterior damage

Unauthorized Returns

Vehicles must not be left at unauthorized places. Returning a vehicle to the wrong location may result in relocation charges and/or penalty fees.

Fuel Policy

Unless otherwise noted, vehicles must be returned with the same level of fuel as at pickup. If the fuel is lower, refueling charges will apply.
